How much would you charge for Weekend Care??

I have been asked to watch a new family, while the parents leave town for their anniversary this weekend. There are 2 kids 2 & 4 and I would be watching them from 6:30 friday night to 9am Monday morning. My rates currently with the families I work for are $15 for 1 kid and $17 for 2 in Boulder. I have a great deal of experience which reflects in my typical rates and was highly recommended to the family through another family.

I have been asked to present a flat rate for the job and need a bit assistance as I would hate to over charge or be under paid.
