Nanny Share in Centennial/Greenwood Village

My husband and I work full time, and in our absence, our 15-month-old daughter is cared for by our nanny. The nanny is just amazing - so amazing that she’s worth more than we can pay her! Plus, our daughter is so social, she thrives best when she’s got the company of at least 1 other kid. the family she shared with recently suffered from a job loss so we are now needing to find someone else to share with.

Our nanny is 28 years old, has over 7,500 hours of preschool experience, has the biggest heart ever, is exceptionally responsible, and makes a point to put together developmental curriculum to structure the children's days and teach them.

We’re looking to share part-time or full time with another family to get the nanny the $ she deserves and also to get our daughter the socialization she enjoys. We live in a safe, clean home with 2 dogs (labs,) a cat, and non-smokers located on Colorado between Arapahoe & Orchard in Centennial (80121.) We have tons of toys and parks nearby.

We are wide open to sharing situations: We can host your child(ren) in our home full time, could split the time between our houses equally, or can be open to other ideas on the logistics. We would be OK putting our child in a school a few days a week if you wanted your time with the nanny to be exclusive without our daughter present.

Cost is dependant on the exact situation (hrs needed, # of kids, logistics of where the care takes place..) but in general, the nanny needs to make a minimum of $625/week between the 2 families.
